We store the IP address transmitted by your web browser for a duration of seven days. This enables us to detect, limit and eliminate attacks on our websites. When you visit the LMT Onsrud website, usage data will be saved temporarily on our web server for statistical purposes as a log to improve the quality of our website. This record consists of

The above mentioned log data is only stored in an anonymized form.
We take technical and organizational measures to ensure the comprehensive protection of your data against unwanted access. We use an encryption method on our websites. Your details are transmitted from your computer to our server and in the opposite direction via the Internet using TLS 1.2 encryption. You can recognize this from a closed padlock symbol in the status bar of your browser and the fact that the address line starts with “https://”.
In accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR and in the course of processing we transmit your data to service providers who support us in the operation of our websites and the associated processes. Our service providers are strictly bound by our instructions and appropriate contracts. We are using the following service providers: Website Pipeline, Inc. (hosting), Google Analytics / Google Inc. (web analysis).
In the case of Google Analytics (USA), an appropriate level of data protection ensues from the participation in the Privacy Shield Agreement (Article 45, paragraph 1, GDPR).
We will neither sell your personal data to any third parties nor market them in any other way.
LMT Onsrud utilizes cookies on our websites. Cookies are small text files which can be stored and read out on your terminal. A distinction is made between session cookies which will be deleted as soon as you close your browser and permanent cookies which are stored after the session has ended. Cookies may contain data which enable the recognition of the device used. In some cases, cookies may only contain information on certain settings which cannot be related to individual persons.
We use session cookies and permanent cookies on our websites. Processing is in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR and in the interests of optimizing and/or enabling navigation and to adjust how our website is displayed.

To enable us to design our website in line with our requirements we use Google Analytics to create pseudonymized usage profiles. Google Analytics uses Cookies which may be stored on your terminal and can be read out by us. This enables us to recognize returning visitors and to count them as such.
As a rule, the information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, as we have activated IP anonymization on our website your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union before transmission. The full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server located in the United States (an adequate level of data protection in accordance with Article 45, paragraph 1, GDPR is ensured by Google’s participation in the Privacy Shield) and shortened there in exceptional cases. In addition, we have concluded a processing agreement with Google Inc. (USA) in accordance with Article 28, GDPR. According to the agreement, Google may only use all information strictly in line with the intended purpose, to analyze the use of our website for us and to compile reports on the website activities.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR and/or Article 15, paragraph 3 of the TMG (German Telemedia Act) and in order to find out how often our websites are called up by different users.

We will not use or process any data you enter on these pages, e.g. comments, videos or images for any other purpose at any time. We only reserve the right to delete content, should this be required. It cannot be excluded that the social networks use what is referred to as web tracking methods on these pages. Web tracking may be taking place even if you are not logged in or registered with the social networking site. Unfortunately we have no influence on the web tracking methods of the social networking sites. Please be aware: It cannot be excluded that social networking sites will use your profile data to analyze your habits, personal relationships, preferences, etc. We have no influence on the processing of your data by social networking sites. If you are accessing our websites on social networking sites, please also note our privacy notice there and the providers’ notices.
On some of the sub-pages of our website we embed YouTube videos. When these sub-pages are accessed this results in the loading of YouTube contents. During this process YouTube also receives your IP address which is technically required for accessing the contents. We have no influence on any further processing by YouTube. However, when we embed the videos we made sure that the data protection mode offered by YouTube is activated.
You have the option to contact us via a contact form on our website. To use our contact form, we need your name and your e-mail address. You may provide further details, however, this is not required.
In accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR and/or Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR, we will use any details you provide when you contact us in the interest of being able to respond to your inquiry as straight forward, quickly and user-friendly as possible. The data will be deleted after 6 months. The data will not be transferred to any third party.
You have the option to apply for job vacancies we advertise on our website. You determine the amount of data you would like to transfer to us in the course of your online application.
We process the data you disclose to us in the course of your online application for the purpose of selecting candidates only, based on Article 26 of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG). The data will not be processed for any other purposes.
Online applications are transferred electronically to our personnel department and processed there as quickly as possible. The transfer will be encrypted. As a rule, job applications are forwarded to the heads of the department responsible in our company. There will be no further transfer of your data. Your details will be treated as confidential in our company. If you have been unsuccessful with your application, your documents will be deleted after 6 months have elapsed.
If we are permitted to consider your application for other or any future job vacancies, we ask you to mark your job application accordingly. We will then no longer process the personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, or the processing serves the exercising or defense of legal claims.
In accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of data concerning you breaches the provisions of data protection law. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority may be exercised in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
